Shady Point School is proud to announce the winners of our homecoming prince and princess contest. The princess is PreK student Olivia Williams and the prince is 4th grade student Kyler Wright. Overall, the classes raised almost $1,200 toward end-of-the-year field trips. They will both be crowned along with our 8th-grade king and queens on Tuesday, January 23rd, starting at 4:30. Our prize drawing will also be at that time. Congratulations to all the participants.
JH County Tournament starts Monday. Boys play at 4:30 and girls at 5:30. Both games are at the Cameron Gym. Come support our Warriors
Just a reminder that school is about to start back. We look forward to having everybody back and ready to learn.

Middle school students will be having Christmas parties tomorrow (12/20) after lunch. They have been assigned something to bring and may bring a $10.00 gift. If you need help with either the snack or gift let us know.

Today is the first Archery tournament of the year (Virtual One). The St Jude Tournament will start around 1:30 in the gym. Parents please check in the office before you head over.
Who wants to be a warrior? We are currently accepting applications for a School Resource Officer. Applicants must be CLEET certified with experience as a police officer. Send resumes to jobs@spk12.org.

Parents, please be patient with our bus riders today. We have record numbers of students riding the bus in the afternoon and it may take a little longer for your student to make it home. Our normal 30-minute bus routes are taking about an hour and a half now due to the increased number of students.

ALL WARRIOR FAMILY Meeting is held in the GYM! Hear from our superintendent to meet our new staff and updates to our school, as well as how our amazing school is heading into this new school year!
6:00-6:30pm Families will hear from their child’s grade-level or subject-area teacher about important details specific to their elementary and/or middle school building.
6:30-7:00pm
Families will check out each of the classrooms their child will experience this year.

Local churches are welcome to gather together with our staff and families to pray over our school year and all our Warrior Families.
